More and more Dads are being warned to watch their thermostat amidst rising global temperature extremes.
With the current global warming crisis and climate change happening around the world. Dad groups and industry watchdogs are warning fellow Dads to be extra vigilant. Spouses and children are sneaking through defenses and changing the thermostat, instead of just changing into shorts or taking off socks.
This epidemic is made worse with the rising popularity of deniers of global warming. We spoke to a local dad in a bar who wanted to remain anonymous in case his wife finds out where he is. “It’s these damn deniers man, saying there ain’t no warming. It’s fake news. They wilfully letting their kids change temperatures willy nilly like like is all some big joke.”
Local Group DATT (Dads Against Temperature Tampering) has issued a statement with some advice to new dads out there who are not used to policing the climate of their homes. “Be ready dads. They are coming like a swarm of mini cold minions to ruin your day, suggestions include thermostat locking cages, spikes, pitfalls, and leashes which restrict the child’s ability to walk within range of the thermostat.
